  1. Thank you for this list. I have recently become interested in herbs. I am particularly interested in stress reducing herbs such as St. John’s Wart. I have not tried this yet but I have tried a few other such as Kanna and Kava Kava. I will continue on my search for the perfect herb for my anxiety condition.
